The Primal Grill is a carnivore’s dream and a keto dieter’s paradise. While not a 100% keto-only restaurant, they are extremely accommodating and have a clearly marked “Keto-Friendly Favorites” section on their menu to take all the guesswork out of ordering.

Their chefs understand the importance of avoiding hidden sugars and starches. All burgers can be made “keto-style” (served in a fresh lettuce wrap or on a bed of greens with avocado) and their wings are un-dredged, fried crispy, and available with classic buffalo or a spicy dry rub.

It’s the perfect spot for a satisfying steak dinner, a quick bunless burger for lunch, or a “steak and eggs” keto brunch on weekends.
