Choo Choo Train Sushi

Choo Choo Train Sushi (Sushi Bar) is highly restrictive for Keto due to its rice base. The only compliant option is to order Sashimi (raw fish slices) with no rice and no sweet sauces. Alternatively, a custom order of fish/protein and avocado may be wrapped in seaweed (nori) if available. ALL rolls, tempura, and bowls must be avoided entirely.
